The HXSL PTFE heater features a custom, low watt density, flexible riser bottom heater with heavy-wall fluoropolymer (PTFE) sleeved 304 stainless elements, ensuring chemical resistance to aggressive acids and inertness to most solutions. The heater includes a grounded internal metal element and built-in thermal protector with a resettable P3 protector, all housed in a corrosion-resistant head. This single-phase heater is available in power ratings from 1000-6000 watts and voltages from 120-600 volts.
