Thermax

The Thermax heat exchanger features a compact modular design and utilizes a patented fabrication process that ensures consistent, high-quality production. Designed for larger applications, it simplifies manifolding without the need for gaskets, ensuring reliability. The sheet edge is TIG welded, separating Circuit A from Circuit B, offering easy installation and servicing. With low heat loss, it requires little to no insulation. The standard unit is made from 316 stainless steel, with titanium available as an option. It supports a maximum single circuit capacity of 76 fluid ounces (2.2 liters) and operates within a wide temperature range from -60°F (-50°C) to 480°F (250°C). Available in seven sizes, from 1.1 ft² to 15 ft².
